How early access and the paid plan work.
Early access
Access is by invitation. Creating an account records your request; it does not start a paid subscription, and you can subscribe only once an invitation has been issued to your account.
The paid plan
The plan is billed monthly and renews each month until you cancel it from Manage billing on your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid for, and access continues until then.
The price shown on the pricing page excludes tax. Tax, where it applies, is added at checkout.

Test environments
Staging and sandbox environments run against Stripe’s test mode. They never charge real money, and nothing bought there carries over to the live service.
